Arlene talked with the Wall Street Journal about progress of her new startup “Wrethink”. The Company is developing a multi-function countertop console that can scan and store documents, make video calls and manage family activities; needs which have been large ignored up until now.
While homes are overrun with technology, Arlene believes there is room for a piece of hardware that can complement existing gadgets while focusing on organizing chores. “We aren’t a place to create information. We are a place to gather it.”

On November 4, 2009, Marty delivered the Inaugural Address to formally open the European Commission’s 31st International Conference on Data Protection & Privacy. Marty joined Spain’s Minister of Justice, Francisco Caamaño Domínguez, and Spanish Data Protection Director Artemi Rallo Lombarte, onstage before delivering his remarks on mobile networks and mobile privacy.
