Arlene was pointed about the need to keep the mobile phone simple to uses even when using a mobile health application: “So while we are going to be implementing data services on our phones, we are doing it in a controlled environment. Unlike Google or iPhone, we want to make sure that if we offer these services, that they have been sanitized for simplicity.”
